Amber Nicole Benson (nata l’8 gennaio 1977) è una scrittrice, autrice, regista, produttrice e attrice americana. È meglio conosciuta per il suo ruolo di Tara Maclay nella serie TV “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, ma ha anche diretto, prodotto e recitato nei suoi film “Chance” (2002) e “Lovers, Liars & Lunatics” (2006).
